COASTAL CLOSERS UPDATES TO TERMS OF MEMBERSHIP

Please note these changes to the Terms Of Service which we would like you to review, which have to do with our new Marketing Associate Position and also with how Leads OTHER THAN FORM FILLS are now handled.


MARKETING ASSOCIATE POSITION ADDED

We have a new position called Marketing Associate.  They pay $69.95 to start and $49.95 monthly UNTIL THEIR FIRST LEVEL 1 SALE is made.  

That sale "buys them up to DIT-1" and as a Qualifed Director (at any Q Level) you receive $300 for that first L1 sale and you keep the person.  PLUS ... you are still owed 3 Full Level I sales by your NEW DIT-1.

This is a great opportunity for you and these people.  To be certain they are active, they are required to call all their own leads FIRST to sort out the "not ready" from the "Go Now" leads before we call their prospects.  So far, this position is showing great promise.


PRE-STAGING POLICY -- effective April 11, 2008

This Policy gives Members choices over Lead Entry decisions, based on the following NEW GUIDELINES.

NEW LEAD ENTRY AND PRE-STAGE GUIDELINES

Members can enter the following Prospects / Leads with these conditions:

1.  Form Fills can be entered with no additional steps to qualify or Pre-Stage (calling to confirm interest) the person filling in the Form.  All that is required is for  Member to copy and paste the entire "Form Fill Form" into their Back Office under the Enter Leads Section as usual.  

Sales made to Form Fills pay 100% of the Member Pay based on the Level of Sale and Qualification Level Member is at.

2.  Purchased leads from our Approved Lead Vendors and:

    a.  Pre-Stage the leads to direct the lead to BECOME A FORM FILL.  You Receive 100% of the Member Pay you are Qualified for based on your current Level in the Center on any PRE-STAGED leads that became a Form Fill.

    b.  DO NOT PRE-STAGE the leads.  You Receive 90% of the Member Pay you are qualified for based on your current Level in the Center if you do NOT Pre-Stage the Lead prior to a Sale to these leads.
     

3.  Purchased leads NOT APPROVED ON OUR LIST.  

These leads require Pre-Staging in all cases.  Meaning you will direct these Leads by phone (or send emails to) to FILL IN THE FORM on your Site.  

This way, they are automatically qualified as a Form Fill and you receive 100% of the Member Pay you are qualified for when one of these leads is sold.


Here are the details of why this new Policy is going into effect.

The Coastal Closing Center is the only Coastal Organization or Coastal Call Center that accepts "Leads" or initiates OUT-BOUND calls to your Prospects or leads.  

All the other "Call Centers" require your Prospect CALLS THEM or (with one Call Center) requires your Prospect responds to a specific email and becomes a Form Fill before they will contact your Prospect.

We are the ONLY ONE that will call your "Store Bought" Leads for you.

Because of the huge increase in the number of people entering the "I'm looking for a Home Business." market place, this has brought a much higher number of "Window Shoppers" to the Lead Lists the Lead Vendors have to sell.  

They still need to be called, but it has increased by a large margin, the number of phone calls we have to make, to sort through the "I'm still not ready" from the "I'm ready to go NOW!" people.

This has led to the need to have these leads PRE-STAGED to help sort them faster. You as our Member can do this or The Closers must Pre-Stage them "in-house" and we have to PAY STAFF TO DO THAT.

Over the past 3 years we have talked extenstively about the value of Members creating Form Fills by sending Referrals to their site, advertising in small papers, sending emails, working Forums, using the "Pay For Click" systems and more, because Form Fills have a Closing Rate 5 to 15 times higher than Store Bought leads.

At the same time, we have Staff calling the leads and they too, recognize the difference in their work load because of the type of lead they are calling.

To this end, we are initiating the Pre-Staging Policy, rather than raising Closing Center Fees across the board to pay for the Pre-Staging work.

Members can enter Form Fills in their Back Office as before.  Those prospects will be called on an "As Is Basis" with no further action required on the Member's part.

Remember though, Form Fills must be entered by you as they arrive in your email inbox.  Until you do we will not know they exist and cannot call them!  

There is no "Pre-Staging Fee" deducted from any sales made to Form Fills.  100% of the Member Pay for that sale will be paid.

Members can PRE-STAGE leads and those leads .. entered as a Form Fill ... will also be called with no further action on your part.  100% of the Member Pay is paid.

Alternatively, if the leads were entered for you as some of our Lead Vendors do, you can Pre-Stage the leads and enter the FORM FILL in the NOTES of the lead after they are already in the system.

In both cases, NO PRE-STAGING FEE will be deducted from the sale made to any PRE-STAGED LEADS that you have entered a Form Fill on.

Members who DO NOT WISH TO PRE-STAGE THEIR LEADS can enter leads from the Approved Vendor List, and we will still call them.  

THOSE "NON-PRE-STAGED" SOLD LEADS, will have the 10% PRE-STAGE FEE of the Member Commission deducted from the Member pay.  

You will receive 90% of your normal Member Pay on that sale.

This does not change your "cost per lead" as you buy them.  It only affects your "Net Member Pay" on any closed sales on leads you do not Pre-Stage into a Form Fill.

By initiating this Policy, we are able to compensate the Staff more appropriately for the number of hours and calls they have had to make, on the leads which are not Form Fills.

This allows us to keep the level of Staff up where we want it to be in terms of professionalism.
